A derivative of PGF2α that was designed as a PG antagonist for in vitro and in vivo studies.1 A weak FP receptor antagonist.1 In gerbil colon, PGF2α dimethyl amine at a dose of 3.2 µg/ml inhibits the contractile effects of PGF2α (at 6 ng/ml) by 60%.1
