An analog of PGF2α where the C-1 carboxyl group has been reduced to a primary alcohol. Studies on rat uteri display it as a weak agonist.1 Compounded is reported to retain ocular hypotensive properties,2 but the nature of these receptors which mediate said effects are disputed.
