PRL-1/2/3 Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PRL-1/2/3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PRL-1/2/3 (D-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PRL proteins, which include PRL-1, PRL-2, and PRL-3, are a unique class of protein tyrosine phosphatases that play critical roles in cellular signaling and regulation. PRL-1, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Type IVA Protein 1 (PTP4A1), is primarily localized in the nucleus and is essential for processes such as cell proliferation and survival, particularly in regenerating liver and mitogen-stimulated cells.
