PLC γ1 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects the PLC gamma 1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PLC γ1 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The PLC gamma 1 protein plays a pivotal role in cellular signaling by catalyzing the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate to generate inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate and diacylglycerol, which are essential second messengers in various signaling pathways.
