    SEE ALSO...

PKC μ Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects PKC μ protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PKC μ (G-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PKC μ protein, also known as protein kinase D1 (PRKD1), plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and survival. PKC μ protein is primarily located in the cytoplasm and can translocate to the membrane in response to specific stimuli, which is vital for mediating cellular responses to growth factors and hormones. Proper localization of PKC μ is essential for activation and subsequent signaling cascade, as PKC μ interacts with various membrane-associated proteins and lipids, thereby influencing processes such as gene expression and apoptosis. Understanding PKC μ localization and interactions is important for elucidating PKC μ′s role in cancer progression and other diseases, making PKC μ (G-9) antibody a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical pathways.
