Pit-1 Antibody (G-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Pit-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Pit-1 (G-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pit-1, also known as growth hormone factor-1 (GHF-1), is a crucial transcriptional regulator that plays a significant role in anterior pituitary gland development, where GHF-1 is essential for somatotrope, lactotrope, and thyrotrope differentiation and function.
