Perlecan Antibody (A7L6) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects perlecan in mouse, rat, human, porcine, bovine, monkey, and fish samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-perlecan antibody (A7L6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Perlecan, a member of the heparan sulfate proteoglycan family, plays a crucial role in the extracellular matrix, where perlecan is involved in modulating the activities of growth factors that influence cell growth and differentiation.
