PCSK1 Antibody (J-18) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects PCSK1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PCSK1 antibody (J-18) is available as a non-conjugated format. PCSK1, also known as proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 1, plays a crucial role in processing several important hormones, including insulin, by cleaving inactive precursors into active forms.
