PASD1 Antibody (NB43) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PASD1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-PASD1 antibody (NB43) is available as a non-conjugated format. PASD1, also known as Cancer/testis antigen 63 (CT63) or OX-TES-1, is a 773 amino acid nuclear protein characterized by the presence of a PAS (PER-ARNT-SIM) domain, which plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and transcriptional regulation. PASD1 is primarily expressed in normal testis and certain cancer cell lines, including those derived from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, highlighting potential as a target for cancer immunotherapy. As a member of the cancer/testis-specific antigen family, PASD1 shows minimal expression in normal tissues, making PASD1 an ideal candidate for targeted therapies that minimize damage to healthy cells. PASD1 may function as a transcription factor, influencing gene expression in tumor cells, and PASD1 expression is associated with multiple myeloma, further underscoring relevance in cancer research.
