P2X2 Antibody (3D5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects P2X2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-P2X2 antibody (3D5) is available as the non-conjugated format. P2X2 is a member of the P2X receptor family, which consists of ligand-gated ion channels that play a crucial role in cellular signaling by allowing the influx of calcium ions in response to extracellular ATP. This calcium permeability is vital for various physiological processes, including synaptic transmission and muscle contraction.
