p-JNK Antibody (9H8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody raised against phosphorylated human c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), a crucial stress-activated protein kinase. p-JNK mouse monoclonal antibody (9H8) recognizes JNK only when phosphorylated and demonstrates broad species cross-reactivity, detecting p-JNK in mouse, rat, and human samples through Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications. The JNK family, which includes three members, JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3, undergoes activation through a sophisticated dual phosphorylation mechanism at specific threonine and tyrosine residues. This phosphorylation proves essential for JNK′s function in mediating cellular responses to stress, inflammation, and apoptotic signals. Among JNK′s key substrates, c-Jun stands out as a critical transcription factor that, when phosphorylated by JNK, regulates gene expression patterns in response to various stress signals. Through this phosphorylation cascade, JNK exerts significant influence over cell survival and proliferation decisions. I am using p-JNK (9H8): sc-81502 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
