P-Glycoprotein Inhibitor, C-4 is a cell-permeable cinnamoyl compound that reversibly inhibits Mdr-1 (P-gp ,P-glycoprotein) efflux function. Also reverses the MDR (multidrug resistance) phenotype with no effect on P-gp expression. Significantly enhance Paclitaxel- and Vincristine- induced cytotoxicity as well as apoptosis in P-gp expressing KBV20C cells.
