NPR-A Antibody (G-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NPR-A of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-NPR-A antibody (G-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NPR-A, also known as guanylate cyclase A (GC-A), plays a crucial role in cardiovascular and renal homeostasis by mediating the effects of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP).
