    NNT Antibody (43-R17) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects NNT in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NNT, or Nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase, is a crucial 1086 amino acid multi-pass mitochondrial inner membrane protein that plays a vital role in cellular respiration by facilitating the transfer of a hydride ion from NADH to NADP+. This process is essential for maintaining the proton gradient across the inner mitochondrial membrane, which is harnessed by NNT to function as a proton pump.
