    NMD3 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NMD3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NMD3 (A-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NMD3 plays a crucial role in the nuclear export of the 60S ribosomal subunit, which is essential for proper ribosome assembly and subsequent protein synthesis. This process is vital for cellular function, as ribosomes translate messenger RNA into proteins necessary for various cellular activities. NMD3 contains a CRM-1-dependent leucine-rich nuclear export signal and a complex nuclear localization signal, highlighting NMD3′s importance in regulating ribosomal subunit transport. The gene encoding NMD3 is located on human chromosome 3, a region associated with over 1,100 genes, including several implicated in human cancers, underscoring NMD3′s potential significance in both normal cellular processes and disease states.
