NHERF-2 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects NHERF-2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-NHERF-2 antibody (C-2) is available as a non-conjugated format. NHERF-2, also known as E3KARP, plays a crucial role in regulating sodium/hydrogen exchangers, particularly NHE2, which is vital for maintaining sodium balance and fluid homeostasis in various tissues.
