NGFR p75 Antibody (ME20.4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NGFR p75 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-NGFR p75 antibody (ME20.4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NGFR p75 plays a crucial role in the nervous system by modulating the effects of neurotrophic factors, particularly nerve growth factor (NGF).
