    QUICK LINKS

NFKBIL1 Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 220-246 of NFKBIL1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NFKBIL1 monoclonal antibody (A-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The NFκB inhibitor-like protein 1 (NFKBIL1), also known as IKBL, plays a crucial role as a negative regulator of NFκB activation, which is essential for controlling inflammatory responses and immune system regulation. By inhibiting NFκB, NFKBIL1 helps maintain cellular homeostasis and prevent excessive inflammation, making NFKBIL1 vital for the prevention of autoimmune diseases and other inflammatory disorders. Mutations in the NFKBIL1 gene have been associated with several conditions, including type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, and chronic Chagas cardiomyopathy, highlighting NFKBIL1′s importance in maintaining immune balance and potential as a therapeutic target. Anti-NFKBIL1 antibody (A-6) serves as a valuable tool for studying the regulation of NFκB activity and its implications in immune function and inflammatory disorders.
