NFAT5 Antibody (37X) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects NFAT5 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NFAT5, a member of the NFAT family of transcription factors, plays a crucial role in cellular responses to osmotic stress and is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. anti-NFAT5 antibody (37X) recognizes a protein primarily located in the nucleus, where NFAT5 regulates the expression of genes involved in osmotic regulation and immune responses. Nuclear localization of NFAT5 enables interaction with specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing the transcription of target genes critical for cell survival and function under stress conditions. NFAT5 forms complexes with other transcription factors, enhancing regulatory capabilities.
