NF 157 is a purinergic receptor antagonist that potently inhibits P2Y11 receptor activity (IC50 = 463 nM). Displays selectivity for P2Y11 and P2X1 receptors over P2Y1, P2Y2, P2X2, P2X3, P2X4 and P2X7 receptors. Decrease the expression of NAD+-induced activation of human granulocytes. NF157 is a robust purinergic receptor antagonist, effectively dampening the activity of the P2Y11 receptor (with an IC50 of 463 nM). What sets NF157 apart is its preference for targeting the P2Y11 and P2X1 receptors, showcasing selectivity over the P2Y1, P2Y2, P2X2, P2X3, P2X4, and P2X7 receptors. Notably, NF157 also curtails the NAD+-triggered activation of human granulocytes.
