    SEE ALSO...

Neurexophilin-3 Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Neurexophilin-3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Neurexophilin-3 antibody (B-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Neurexophilin-3, also known as NPH3 or NXPH3, is a member of the Neurexophilin family, which consists of neuropeptide-like glycoproteins that undergo proteolytic processing after synthesis. These proteins are primarily secreted and play a crucial role in neuronal signaling by binding to target proteins, such as neurexin Iα, which is vital for the adhesion between dendrites and axons, thereby facilitating proper neurotransmitter release. Neurexophilin-3 expression is particularly high in the brain, highlighting its importance in central nervous system function. Neurexophilin-3 is involved in various neurobiological processes, and dysregulation may contribute to neurological disorders. Understanding Neurexophilin-3 interactions and functions is essential for elucidating its role in synaptic transmission and potential implications in neuropsychiatric conditions.
