Na+ CP type IIIα Antibody (3F3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the Na+ CP type III alpha protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Na+ CP type III alpha antibody (3F3) is available as the non-conjugated format. Na+ CP type III alpha protein plays a crucial role in the function of voltage-gated sodium channels, which are essential for the generation and propagation of action potentials in excitable cells such as neurons and muscle fibers.
