N1-Acetylspermidine-d6 Dihydrochloride, also known as N-(3-((4-Aminobutyl)amino)propyl)acetamide dihydrochloride (NAB-DHC), is a labeled Dihydrochloride salt of N1-Acetylspermidine which is an analog of Spermidine (sc-215900), an antineoplastic. It has been used as a ligand in the study of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, as a reagent in the synthesis of peptides, and as a substrate for the study of enzymes.
