N-(2-Phenylethyl)indomethacin Amide inhibits human recombinant and ovine Cox-2 with IC50 of 60 nM and 125 nM, respectively. N-(2-Phenylethyl)indomethacin Amide is over 400-fold less potent as an inhibitor of Cox-1.
