MRT 10 is a Smo receptor antagonist with an IC50 value of 0.5 µM in HEK293 cells expressing murine Smo. MRT 10 also inhibits ShhN-induced Gli luciferase reporter activity in Shh-light2 cells with an IC50 value of 2.5 µM. MRT 10 also acts as an inverse agonist during to the nontranscriptional hedgehog pathway activation also in HEK293 cells with an IC50 value of 2.5 µM.
