    SEE ALSO...

MPPED2 Antibody (NQ-A35) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects MPPED2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MPPED2 antibody (NQ-A35) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. MPPED2, also known as Metallophosphoesterase domain-containing protein 2, C11orf8, FAM1B, or 239FB, is a 294 amino acid protein primarily expressed in fetal brain tissue, highlighting its potential role in neurodevelopment. MPPED2 is believed to be involved in various cellular processes, including the regulation of phosphoesterase activity, which is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis and signaling pathways. Understanding MPPED2 function is important as dysregulation may contribute to the development of neurological disorders. MPPED2 gene is located on chromosome 11, a region known for its dense association with various diseases, including ataxia-telangiectasia and several blood disorders. Anti-MPPED2 antibody (NQ-A35) effectively detects MPPED2 across multiple species, making this reagent a valuable tool for researchers studying its role in health and disease.
