Santa Cruz Biotechnology's high quality, well characterized monoclonal secondary antibodies are available conjugated to either an enzyme, biotin or fluorophore for use in a variety of antibody-based applications including Western Blot, immunostaining and flow cytometry. Santa Cruz secondary antibodies are commonly affinity purified against immobilized whole IgG isotypes, including IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 and IgG4. Hi, I was wondering if this antibody detected denatured IgG, which may interfere the detection of target protein in IP experiment.

Hi, is this antibody tested for cross-reactivity with human IgG? I need a secondary anti-rabbit antibody which is not reactive with human IgG.

Is this secondary antibody (mouse anti-rabbit IgG-HRP: sc-2357) suitable for primary antibody Anticaspase-3 Antibody (31A1067): sc-56053?

Thank you for your question. Yes, this can be used for ELISA. We do not have a specific protocol for using HRP conjugated secondary antibodies for ELISA. The optimal secondary antibody concentration should be determined by titration.
