Monocyte/Macrophage Marker Antibody (KUL01): sc-52603

Monocyte/Macrophage Marker Antibody (KUL01) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects the Monocyte/Macrophage Marker protein of avian origin by flow cytometry (FCM). Monocyte/Macrophage Marker (KUL01) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including phycoerythrin (PE) and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), providing flexibility for different experimental needs. Monocyte/Macrophage Marker (KUL01) monoclonal antibody is derived from mouse immunization with a cell suspension containing osteoclasts from osteoclastomas, making this marker suitable for human macrophages. The antigen is specifically present in osteoclasts, which are crucial for bone resorption and remodeling, and Monocyte/Macrophage Marker (KUL01) antibody may be instrumental in identifying osteoclasts in tissues to study developmental pathobiology.
