LY-294,002 hydrochloride is a highly selective inhibitor of PI 3-kinase (IC50 values are 0.31, 0.73, 1.06 and 6.60 muM for PI3Kbeta, PI3Kalpha, PI3Kdelta and PI3Kgamma respectively).
