LONRF1 Antibody (4G7) is a mouse monoclonal IgA antibody that detects LONRF1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-LONRF1 antibody (4G7) is available as a non-conjugated format. LONRF1 protein, also known as RNF191, is a 416 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of a LON domain and a RING-type zinc finger domain, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitination pathway, a key mechanism for protein degradation and regulation within the cell. The RING-type zinc finger motif, which is a conserved cysteine-rich domain capable of binding two zinc atoms, facilitates interaction with E3 ubiquitin ligases, thereby influencing the stability and turnover of various target proteins. This interaction maintains cellular homeostasis and regulates processes such as cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and response to stress. LONRF1 (4G7) antibody enables researchers to gain insights into the functional dynamics of LONRF1 and its implications in cellular processes.
