Linvanil is a TRPV1 (transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily V, member 1) ligand with low affinity to CB1 (cannabinoid receptor 1, Ki = 3.4 μM). Linvanil inhibits anandamide uptake (IC50 = 8.0 μM).
