LE 300 is a potent and selective D1DR (dopamine D1 receptor) antagonist with Ki values of 0.08-1.9 nM and 6-45 nM for D1DR and D2DR respectively. LE 300 also displays moderate affinity for the 5-HT2A receptor (Ki = 20 nM).
