L-Sulforaphene, a sulfur-rich compound isolated from cruciferous vegetables, notably stands out for its distinctive biochemical interactions, primarily within cellular and molecular research applications. It undergoes enzymatic conversion to form active metabolites that can modulate various signaling pathways, highlighting its role in the study of gene expression regulation and cellular defense mechanisms. The compound′s ability to influence phase II detoxification enzymes showcases its potential as a tool for understanding the cellular response to oxidative stress and environmental toxins. Furthermore, L-Sulforaphene′s interaction with the Nrf2 pathway, a critical regulator of cellular antioxidant response, makes it a focal point in research aiming to elucidate the molecular foundations of oxidative stress management within cells. Its utility extends to the exploration of apoptosis and cell cycle regulation, offering a gateway to investigate the intricate balance between cell survival and death. Thus, L-Sulforaphene serves as a molecular probe in the dissection of complex biological pathways, contributing valuable insights into the cellular mechanisms underlying stress response and gene expression modulation.

Previously, i bought L-Sulforaphene (CAS 592-95-0, but i found L-Sulforaphane (CAS 142825-10-3), so What is the different between L-Sulforaphane (CAS 142825-10-3) with L-Sulforaphene (CAS 592-95-0)? Which one better to testing standard?

Asked by: Adhi
Thank you for your question. Both CAS numbers can be used for L-Sulforaphene, the differences in the two CAS#s we offer is that sc-202690 is isolated from plants in the Brassicaceae family, and sc-203099 is synthetic.
