    SEE ALSO...

KCTD4 Antibody (NN-07) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects KCTD4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-KCTD4 antibody (NN-07) is available as a non-conjugated format. KCTD4 protein consists of 259 amino acids and features a BTB (Broad-Complex, Tramtrack and Bric a brac) domain, also known as a POZ (POxvirus and Zinc finger) domain, playing a crucial role in homodimerization and is characterized by multiple kelch repeats and/or C2H2-type zinc fingers. This structural feature suggests KCTD4 may function as a transcriptional regulator, influencing gene expression by modulating chromatin structure and function. KCTD4′s ability to interact with various proteins involved in transcriptional regulation highlights KCTD4′s importance in cellular processes, including development and differentiation. KCTD4 monoclonal antibody (NN-07) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into regulatory mechanisms of gene expression and potential implications in various biological contexts.
