JNK Inhibitor XV is a cell-permeable indenoquinoxalinone-oxime (IQ) compound that acts as a potent, non-toxic, reversible, ATP-competitive, high-affinity inhibitor of JNK1 (Kd = 390), JNK2 (Kd = 360), and JNK3 (Kd = 87 nM) with moderate selectivity over CK1δ (IC50 = 1.4 µM), PI 3-Kγ (IC50 = 1.2 µM), and MKNK2 (IC50 = 1.8 µM).
