Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work for IHC This antibody was generously given to me by the trials program. I found that it does not work for IHC in retinal tissue. I compared Methanol fixation and PFA fixation, and used the antibody at both 1:50 and 1:250. I didn't have any positive staining with either whole mount or cross-sections. Thank you for the trial.
