QUICK LINKS

Ivabradine Hydrochloride, also known as S-16257, is the hydrochloride salt preparation of Ivabradine, a bradycardic agent. Studies have shown that Ivabradine inhibits T cell migration and causes a decrease of chemokine-induced PI-3 kinase activity. Exposure of rabbit sinoatrial node cells to Ivabradine has been reported to cause a blockade of the hyperpolaryzation-activated I(f) current without resulting in a shift of the voltage range of the activation curve.
