    SEE ALSO...

Integrin β6 Antibody (C5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects human Integrin β6 by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). Anti-Integrin β6 antibody (C5) is available in non-conjugated form. Integrins, including Integrin β6, are crucial for mediating cell adhesion and play a significant role in various cellular processes. The structure of Integrin β6 consists of a unique combination of α and β subunits that form a heterodimer, allowing interaction with specific ligands in the extracellular matrix, such as fibronectin and vitronectin. This structural configuration facilitates cell adhesion and enables signal transduction that influences cell behavior, including growth, differentiation, and migration. Integrin β6 clustering and activation in response to ligand binding drives cellular signaling pathways, making Integrin β6 vital for wound healing and tissue repair. Anti-Integrin β6 antibody (C5) enables researchers to investigate cell adhesion mechanisms and integrin functions in health and disease.
