Integrin αL Antibody (I21/7) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Integrin αL in mouse samples through applications such as immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Integrin αL, also called CD11a, is a crucial component of the immune system, primarily expressed on leukocytes, where Integrin αL plays a vital role in mediating cell adhesion and migration. Integrin αL is essential for the immune response, as Integrin αL facilitates the interaction between leukocytes and endothelial cells during inflammation, allowing immune cells to exit the bloodstream and reach sites of infection or injury.
