Indorenate hydrochloride is a 5-HT receptor agonist with high affinity for SR-1A (5-HT1A) receptors (pKd = 7.8) and lower affinity for 5-HT1B and 5-HT2C receptors (pKd values are 5.44 and 6.49 respectively).
