QUICK LINKS

Imidaclothiz is an action body of nicotinic acid acetylcholinesterase enzyme acceptor. It can be used as a pesticide. Specifically, it is an insecticide. After pests contact the product, the normal conduction of their central nerves is inhibited and pests are numbed to death. Imidaclothiz is designed to target a wide range of pests, including aphids, thrips, and other insects that can cause significant damage to crops. Its mechanism of action is similar to that of nicotine, by binding to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the insect nervous system but with much higher affinity, which disrupts normal neural activity.
