    SEE ALSO...

IL-23R Antibody (3D7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-23R protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IL-23R antibody (3D7) is available as a non-conjugated format. IL-23R plays a crucial role in immune response by mediating the effects of cytokine IL-23, which is essential for the differentiation and maintenance of T helper 17 (Th17) cells. Th17 cells are pivotal in defense against extracellular pathogens and are implicated in various autoimmune diseases. IL-23 interaction with IL-23R promotes production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, influencing inflammatory response. Dysregulation of IL-23 signaling has been linked to chronic inflammatory conditions, making IL-23R a potential therapeutic target for treating diseases such as psoriasis and inflammatory bowel disease. IL-23R gene exhibits alternative splicing, resulting in multiple isoforms that may have distinct functions and regulatory mechanisms, further underscoring IL-23R importance in both health and disease.
