IL-1RII Antibody (G-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-1RII of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IL-1RII antibody (G-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-1RII serves as a decoy receptor for interleukin-1 (IL-1), which is crucial in regulating inflammatory responses. By binding to IL-1 without activating downstream signaling pathways, IL-1RII plays a vital role in modulating inflammation and preventing excessive immune responses.
