


IGF-IRβ Antibody (T8C8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1101-1367 of human IGF-IR, also known as insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor. IGF-IR (T8C8) antibody is validated for applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), with species reactivity in humans. IGF-IR is a receptor tyrosine kinase located on the plasma membrane, where IGF-IR serves as a critical mediator of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) signaling.
