IFN-γ Antibody (FF6) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects interferon gamma (IFN-γ) in mouse samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IFN-γ plays a crucial role in the immune response, primarily functioning as an antiviral and antiparasitic agent produced by activated CD4+/CD8+ lymphocytes and natural killer cells.
