Hydroxy Tolbutamide, also known as 4-Hydroxy Tolbutamide, is a metabolite of tolbutamide, which is a first-generation potassium channel blocker. It is formed through the activity of cytochrome P450 enzymes, specifically CYP2C8 and CYP2C9.
