I am using this antibody but I always get a very strong band at around 25 kd. but when I use the cell signaling ab I get the usual 17 kd. however the band I get from your antibody is much better. do you know what I am getting at 25kd?

Thank you for your question. We have not observed a band around 25 kDa when using this rabbit polyclonal antibody, Histone H3 (FL-136): sc-10809, for Western blot. We would suggest including a secondary antibody control (omit primary antibody) to determine if the band you are observing may be a result of non-specific binding of your secondary antibody alone.
