HisRS Antibody (HARSA6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects HisRS protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). HisRS Antibody (HARSA6) is available as the non-conjugated anti-HisRS antibody (HARSA6). Histidyl-tRNA synthetase (HisRS, Jo-1) plays a crucial role in protein synthesis by charging transfer RNAs (tRNAs) with histidine, which is essential for the incorporation of this amino acid into proteins. Proper functioning of HisRS ensures proteins are synthesized correctly, which is particularly important in maintaining cellular functions and overall organismal health.
