    SEE ALSO...

HGFβ Antibody (SBF5 C1.7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody designed to detect hepatocyte growth factor beta (HGFβ), also known as scatter factor or mammary growth factor. HGFβ is a critical pleiotropic growth factor involved in various cellular processes, including cell growth, motility, and morphogenesis, by binding to its receptor, c-Met. This interaction plays a vital role in normal physiological functions such as liver regeneration, wound healing, and embryonic development. Additionally, HGFβ is implicated in the progression of several cancers, where HGFβ can promote tumor growth, angiogenesis, and metastasis, making HGFβ an important target for cancer research and therapeutic development. Anti-HGFβ antibody (SBF5 C1.7) is raised against recombinant human HGFβ, and is recommended for use in multiple applications, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), providing versatile tools for researchers studying HGFβ-related pathways and mechanisms. By enabling accurate detection and quantification of HGFβ, HGFβ monoclonal antibody (SBF5 C1.7) facilitates the exploration of HGFβ′s role in both normal and pathological conditions, thereby supporting advancements in biomedical research and the development of targeted therapies. Anti-HGFβ antibody (SBF5 C1.7) is an essential reagent for scientists aiming to elucidate the complex functions of HGFβ and its impact on health and disease.
