QUICK LINKS

HC 067047 is a selective and potent TRPV4 antagonist. This compound has been found to reversibly inhibit currents through mouse, human and rat TRPV4 orthologs. Additional data suggests that HC 067047 inhibits the endogenous TRPV4-mediated response to 4-alphaPDH. HC-067047, a potent and selective TRPV4 antagonist, effectively inhibits TRPV4-mediated responses in mice, humans, and rats, with IC50 values of 17, 48, and 133 nM, respectively.
